It may come as no surprise that ICD-10 was the primary topic of conversation at the 2014AHIMA Convention in San Diego this week, considering that the meeting fell on the erstwhile implementation date of the new code set.  October 1, 2015 may be the new day for providers to mark on their calendars, but the general feeling on the show floor was prepared anticipation instead of dread or dragging feet.
